How do I get Started?

We just need to know if you're doing Custom Meals or ordering from our monthly, seasonal menu. If you're choosing Custom Meals, select whether you'd like a one time order or if you'd like a weekly subscription. After we receive a custom meal order for a first time customer, we'll send a questionnaire that will allow us to grab more details about your feed preferences and needs. Meals are delivered on Sundays before Noon to residential addresses and to our corporate and club affiliates on Mondays. Please place orders by Thursday to ensure delivery.

How do I pause or change a Weekly Subscription?

Please let us know before your account is set to bill if you're traveling or need to skip a week of delivery. If you wish to change the amount of meals delivered or have an updated address, please let us know before your account bills if possible. At a minimum, we need 72 hours notice for delivery changes and we can credit or invoice your account accordingly if your change affects payment. If there is a last minute change to your delivery that hasn't been communicated, your account will be charged a $25 re-delivery fee.

Do I have to be home for delivery?

Not at all! We're happy to stock a cooler for you if one is left out for us. We can also deliver to one of our pick up sites if we know in advance. We completely understand that even if you are home, you'd rather not get dressed to answer the door and we don't mind just dropping off the food and running away! If we are unable to leave the meals, we will re-deliver for a $25 fee, so just let us know if that is your preferences.
